The end of the year is always a busy time for Harleston U3A. As well as the general seasonal celebration which is held instead of the usual monthly meeting, most of the interest groups organise a “jolly” of their own.
The Ukulele band is, also, in demand to add to the festive spirit of other local groups.
The social side of U3A is an essential part of the organisation. The committee recently held a coffee morning in the Swift Bar of the Swan Hotel in order to properly welcome new members, give them any information required and find out what their expectations are of membership.
To find out more, contact Kim on 01986 89788149 or log on to our website at www.u3a.org.harleston. Apart from December, our meetings are held on the third Wednesday of the month at St. John’s church at 2pm.

Welcome.
